As written, the pattern makes more of a Pringle shape than a circle.
Also, in your picture, it looks like the stitches are worked in blo, which isn’t indicated in the pattern.
I also see taller stitches, I think dc, in the picture. The pattern only mentions sc.

@NyaTheLioness , I’ve double checked the pattern and it does have a round of dc in it, I’m not sure why that didnt come up for you but I’ll see what i can do to help
