Hi, I would love to test for you. I would use the premier chunky weight 6 in the color key lime or mint (for the frog) bubble gum pink and then maybe lilac (still have to decide). With this yarn I would use a 6mm crochet hook. 
This is a beautiful pattern that looks ver cute. I am crossing my finger that I can get test this frogie out.

My husband actually hose the colors! And I’ll tell ya what! I was originally not a fan until I saw it worked up now I love it :)
