So Tester call.
I tend to use Wool-Ease® Thick & Quick® Yarn – Lion Brand Yarn for my joints and to see if and how it will effect the pattern if a different yarn size is used. I use a 9mm susan bates crochet hook for this. I’ll journal most of it every couple rounds if nessecary or if i have thoughts on the project.

So you do inc three times, then a Bo, and a sc in the same stitch. Does that help?
