Tester call for Crochet: Low-Sew Flower Buddy

Hello everyone!!

I need testers for my first ever pattern, the Low-Sew Flower Buddy.
The only sewing involved is attaching the head to the body, the rest is crochet. I can’t decide if it’s a beginner or intermediate pattern so help with that would be amazing!

This will be a free pattern!

Application Deadline: May 8th, 2026
Due Date: May 15th, 2026 (1 week)
Additional Requirements: Any color or size yarn is accepted, just let me know what you plan to use in the comments.
I would like any comments on the pattern to be brought up in the group chat so that everyone involved can input if desired. I’d also like a journal post once your Flower Buddy is finished. Leave a flower emoji in your comment so I know you understand everything!

I would love to test! I’ll have to look at my yarn stash to see what would make sense to use but probably a medium acrylic or a skinny chenille yarn! :blossom:

I would love to test using chenille yarn in yellow, hot pink, and green. Also, using a 5mm hook for my flowers :tulip:

I’d love to test! I would use Double knit/chunky yarn, in green, yellow and blue with either a 3.5 or 5mm hook, whichever you’d prefer! I’ve never tested before so it would be incredible to be picked :cherry_blossom:

Hi! I would love to be a tester. I can test one with acrylic worsted weight yarn and I can test with the thicker size 6 yarn. Thank you!

I would love to test your pattern. I will be using a 5.5mm hook and fluffy yarn.

(oh and btw looking at the picture, I think that the pattern would be more intermediate then beginner)
