Tester call for Crochet: Lumi the snow owl***CLOSED

I’m so excited to finally share this one with you! Lumi the Owl has been such a joy to design, and I’d love a few testers to help me polish the pattern before release.

Also, a big thank you to everyone who helped vote and name my owl, Lumi. I appreciate you all so much!

Skill level:

Beginner–Intermediate (magic ring, sc, hdc, inc/dec, some sewing)

To help me choose testers, please make sure you have a dedicated crochet account on Ribblr or Instagram that shows photos of your previous makes. I just like to get a feel for your crochet style and experience.

Yarn:

  • chenille or similar yarn is required

  • Colors can be anything you’d like

Dates:

Apply by: 1/18

Due by: 1/24

What I’ll need from testers:

  • Finish Lumi by the due date

  • Let me know if anything is unclear or needs adjusting

  • Send at least 1 clear finished photo of Lumi

  • Preferably with no background clutter
    outdoor/natural lighting is preferred

If something comes up and you can’t finish, that’s totally okay, just please message me so I can offer the spot to someone else.

This is adorable! I would love to test. Bernat blanket, 7mm hook or a posh yarn with a 4mm hook.

Roughly about 10 inches tall depending on the weight of your yarn and hook.:blush:

So pretty! I’d love to test (I finally have free time) if use bernat blanket in cream and pink with a 6.5mm hook (I want a big owl) and I have the perfect glitter safety eyes I’ve been saving (I haven’t been applying to anything recently but owls have been my favorite animal since I was three!) :owl::owl:

:owl: I would use parfait chunky with a 5mm hook or premier basix chenille brights with a 6mm either option can be paired with foux furr yarn! I would love to test this adorable pattern
