Tester call for Crochet: Nigel Pull

Hi,
Is someone interested in testing this sweater pattern? I’ve been working on it for the last two weeks and I finally completed it!
If you’re interested here’s the deal:

  • you will have one month to complete this pattern
  • you will need two hooks: a 6 or 7mm hook and a 4mm hook
  • you can use acrylic yarn, cotton…
  • the pattern will be gifted ofc
  • I would like to have photos of your final sweater that I can use to advertise the pattern (with credits ofc)
  • by the way, if you have a social where you can be found (insta, tiktok, youtube, pinterest…), I will mention it so people can find you and just be sure you’re a real person :joy:
  • I’d like to be sure the pattern is inclusive so all sizes are welcomed

I would love to test this but before I commit, I would just want to know how much yarn (preferably in yards or meters) would you need to make a small size. Do we need to be finished by the first week of September or is it more specific? This is so cute! Gl with testing!

I’ve got a bunch of colors! If ur looking for a specific style or its my choice then i have solids and mixed. If i am selected pls lmk the due date.:yum:

I used about 800 meters or 874 yards with cotton. It is a medium size with long sleeves.
And I used about 300 meters or 328 yards with acrylic. It’s a small size with short sleeves.
So, for a medium size, I think it should be the same as cotton :thinking:

Thats a good question tbh.
I made a small sweater using acrylic with ‘medium’ sleeves and used about 300 meters or 328 yards. I can’t say for sure ‘you’ll need this much for an xs size’ but this can give you an idea maybe?

I’m not looking for anything specific, people’s choice are often quite interesting.
I’ll open the test by the end of this week. The due date will be around the 10th of September. In any case, I always send a group message to the testers before we start so everyone is on the same page :blush:
