oo yes the smaller ones will be so cute as earrings and may be the bigger ones can be necklaces. ok noted! i’ll use smaller chenille yarn.

I saw a tip for using safety eyes with bulky yarn that might work for spikes? You put a small square of felt inside and secure safety eye to that to keep eye from pulling out.

Yeah, I’ve seen that too. Definitely worth trying, although I always have the issue that the spike thread is not long enough so the felt might make it too thick :/
I’ll totally try that in the future tho :)

In my excitedness for this, i realized i didnt put any details lol…so depending which spike i use, i have sew on neon baby spikes but also various length metal screw on ones. That will determine the yarn used but i was thinking black for the neon spikes and maybe neons for the bigger spikes (id secure through a strip of felt and some glue inside so nothing pulled out)
