Must we use the same yarn and hook size? I have a bunch of new yarn I’d like to try out but don’t want to apply if your looking for specifics.

This was an easy make. I found no issues with the pattern, (outside of my own issues). Sizing I feel is accurate. Only question I had was the usage of 2blo/2flo. I’ve never seen it written with the 2, but I’m still new and learning. Thanks KS for letting me test. I used size 5 bulky 100% wool and a 5.5 hook to make this.
