I have multiple ,current examples now of me assigning a pattern to a tester and it sending two copies. If either of us deletes one, they both disappear. I did remove a few because they were no longer needed, but the others are still there

I have that glitch too, there is a pattern that is twice in my testing tab, but it used to be just the one.

This has been happening to me too. Two testers showed up on my testing page but they said they never got the pattern

Happened to me. Having assigned it once to a tester, but they show up twice on that project.

Hi,
First of all, you can go ahead and Mark/Check a duplicate one and click Delete. It will delete the extra instance.
Can it be that the username was added twice on the Testers list? We’ve removed your dups manually but please let us know with future testing if that keeps happening.

the problem we were having was that deleting/removing one would delete/remove both and that happened if I removed it or if they removed themselves
I thought it was a mistake with adding a name twice the first time, but this is like a dozen times now and like I said, remove one and both disappear then add it again and it be doubled again
I don’t have any duplicate patterns, this has only happened when adding a tester to a pattern.

Than I believe it may be a glitch, so we’ll investigate it some more…
In any case I’ve double checked and Delete duplicates doesn’t delete both.
Sorry for that.

Team is working fast (hopefully not too fast) to make all the bad stuff go away :wink:
It should be working now, and duplicates should be gone.
I’ll appreciate if you could verify it’s all good.
