Hi I have a pattern that is currently in testing, and I have some amazing testers that are doing a great job. However, there is a slight problem with one of the testers. When addressing issues they are quite abrupt and dry about it and in a recent communication with them they have told me they will not continue the pattern until a problem they addressed in the pattern is fixed. But I am unsure of what to do in this situation as they are the only tester to find this ‘issue’ and I can’t find anything on Ribblr about this particular issue.
Does anyone have any advice to solve this?
I greatly appreciate anyone who has any advice or help

Omg I HATE those types of testers.
I would ask them nicely (like “excuse me, could you please better explain what issue you find in the pattern? I’m asking you to explain so I can help you better understand the pattern! ”) but if they respond rudely or just don’t respond after a few days I’d remove the tester then block them.

I’m so sorry. That’s the worst. You can always block them if it’s to much, but try to talk to them like @Bobacat123 says to

If they continue to cause you problems I would DM Ribblr the details and ask their advice

Maybe remove them from testing ( it’s harsh ik ik )
