Dear knitters, I’m looking for testers for my Gelato summer skirt. It’s a beginner friendly pattern and if you like crafting, you will love this one for all its details!
This skirt is knitted flat in one piece. The finishing touches are what made it so special to me because it features a few extras that make it a fun and crafty project: seaming a waistband, adding button bands and of course making two cute little pockets! I’ll include explanations and photos.
Gelato Skirt is designed to have a slight positive ease in order to ensure a comfortable fit. Although worked with 3.5mm / US 4 needles, the simplicity of the main body makes this a rather quick knit. I am proposing a timeframe of 7 weeks to complete the test (it took me 2 weeks but as always I want to make this a nice and not stressful experience)
