I only just joined ribblr and I see random posts everywhere and I used to be so excited when I got this app because then I could get advice and talk with people that have the same interests as me. But now I see so much random stuff out makes me consider leaving. Thanks to @littlemisswonderful for always helping and keeping your posts helpful and related to the original pupose of the app

i really do agree with this. like nobody (that you dont really know personally) needs to know about you and your personal life. the chats on this app are slowly bringing people to a weird type of point, and that isnt really good. weāre just here to craft, share our work, and ask for questions if there are ever any. i love this community, but itās kinda at a rough edge atm. everyone seems to be rebelling over eachother on the ribblr chat. tbh that kinda makes me feel bad. at this point on, im trying my best to stay away from it and everyone in there. everyone in there is just so toxic and never show any selflessness towards others. imo, i dont see why we need the ribblr chat anymore.

I do agree. I feel like almost half the posts are not related to a craft. I try to only post about crafty stuff, because thatās what ribblr is for! Ribblrās just become kinda dead in the crafting section, but the chats are something else

I fully agree, ive been on here 2 years now and when i started it was greatā¦ but now not to be rude or anything but its full of children talking about everything else then what this was made for. Ive even messaged ribblr directly before about it.
Yeah that what I feel because it mostly younger ages just talk whatever they like and Ribblr is a place of craft. I even leave the message thing but some reason it pop up again when I even leave from that because I seen a full drama thing going on.
After thinking about it over night, I honestly agree with you. This place has become a lot less of a craft place and it was really upsetting having my discussion of craft stuff be just overshadowed in the wall of text in the ribblr chat. I donāt know if most of yāall know this but Ribblr did make a craft chat! I also have felt kinda uncomfortable with some of the conversations in the Ribblr chat before. Iām just glad Ribblr gave us a good solution with the craft chat

you know where the dms are and how thereās a general chat? it should be in the same place as the general chat but itās labeled craft talk
It should be in the same location the ribblr chat is just above it! Sorry if this isnāt the best directions I kinda suck with that

I think the posts should be more crafty aswell, though the person who made this post kept saying in the chat how they wished Ribblr was still the same, so I think the poster was kind of also saying the chat but idk

I agree! There are wayyyyyy to many topics that are not related to crafting things. Iām fine with people talking in the chat about other stuff but pleaseeee keep it in the chat.
