Looks good to me! The tighter and more uniform I can’t my stitches to be, the smaller a hook I use, so if you want them even tighter you can go down to a 1-1.5 mm for weight 4 yarn, but just keep in mind that it slows you down a lot and can be tricky
I think it looks great!! I also like that look, it helps keep everything tight, and nice looking. The only thing that I’m bothered by is not being able to sew on parts easily due to my tapestry needle .
THANK YOU
Looks pretty similar
Lol I’ve also tried to get that look. Yarning under is 100% what I think you need to do. Maybe hook size?
So, theres a certain type of weight 4 yarn you have to use. Not the pretty kind of shiny looking ones that look think, but if you pull on them look like weight 2. They have to be the thicker matte looking acryllic yarn. That white yarn youre useing is perfect. The blue ball i assume is using the latter yarn i mentioned before. In my experience., the more color there is in the yarn, the thinner it is and the less color like white, brown, and sometimes ok occasion black and yellow work the best with the yarn under technique. If you look at some of my work on here u can see the technique in use. And always use a less than recommended hook size for any yarn.
Oh and to improve your magic ring use yarn under single crochet stitches. (Those look ĺike yarn over sc to me.
Yeah that is tough
Looks nice but I want even tighter. Also it looks like you did YO.
All of it is yarn under actually, I think I just got tighter after the beginning.
What kind of yarn under are you using? Insert hook, yarn under, pull up, yarn over? Or insert yarn under, pull up, yarn under?
I do yarn under then over to get the x :) the one that it’s recommended for amigurumi
First option!
See for me i use both, and i find that i like the first option now, but i did use the second option for the longest time and pulled some of my best work out of it.
I could try it!
