When I click on todayâs Freebie, it takes me to this screen and pops up an error at the bottom of the screen (and does not add any gems to my âwalletâ)

This happened to me as well, but then I realized that I had already claimed the gems without realizing. Are you sure you havenât claimed the gems yet?

have been counting down to my next login bonus gems so I can maybe get one of the heftier gem patterns thatâs on my wishlist 
the same thing happened to me also, and i donât think i had even logged onto ribblr earlier today so i donât think that could be it
Yeah same thing with me too. I get that same error message and I am certain I havenât collected it already as well
Iâm trying to claim the Ribblr surprise and when I click on it it takes me to gem rewards and shows this
the same thing has been happening to me and a few other ribblrs⌠:(
Another post has already been created about this. Iâm sure Ribblr is working to fix this as we speak!
I think its a glitch that has been happening all over the platform. I hope it gets solved soon!

Hi @Ribblr @ribblr-support i experienced a problem that didnât let me get my surprise. So first I went to explore than it said âclaim you surprise nowâ! Then i did and I pressed claim now but then it said âerror : not valid please contact ribblr support?
A bunch of other people have been having the same issue. Iâm sure Ribblr is working to fix this glitch now :)

I clicked the me too button - just clarifying that I had not already gotten them today. Attempted to upload a short video clip that showed the error message directing me To support, but it wonât upload a video 
this looks like a glitch thatâs occurring for many people, as iâve seen many posts about it. iâd suggest just waiting to see what ribblr officially says about it, and im sure they will extend the window to claim gems, so youâll be able to claim them tomorrow if not today.
