Unable to message creator for test

I am unable to message a creator to provide feedback (there’s no group chat) when I click on the ? Icon in the top right corner of the testing image on my testing tab (see below for visual)

Here is the error message I get

It could be they haven’t made a group chat yet for testers. Maybe message them privately until then :)
I believe this is their profile

press the “message” button to contact them

did you try messaging them directly? you may have to remove urself from testing

Thanks! I tried seeing if I could message their shop, but didn’t think to try and find their username

I tried to do that by hitting the ? Button which usually allows me to message the creator privately, but that’s when I get the error message.
