Unfreezing feeding streak costs 100 gems?

They made an announcement here but it’s unclear to me what exactly ‘will start from 20’ means

Previously, things like unfreezing your streak (if you missed a day) were simply too costly at 1 Gem. But now, unfreezing your streak will start from just 20 Gems, which is like 0.2 Gems before. You essentially save 80% of your Gems this way.
