Cat toys, something that wonā€™t break too easily (yarn wise, of course). Small keychains (I make frog, bear, and cat heads). Chapstick holders. Cup sleeves (especially if you make them with a few buttons so they are sizeable). Dishcloths. Small car hangers (which personally I hate, they are so distracting, but some people like Ć©m).

Of course, this all depends on how quick you are, some make take longer than 20 mins, but some may not. All depends on what is quick for you.
