There is not a lot of goth on Ribblr. But @Winternightmare and Nessa Knots are 2 that i know of. you could always type in goth in search of patterns.

This is more of a post-wedding gift, but you could remake her bouqet in crochet? There’s plenty of patterns for just about whatever flower/leafy plant you could think of 
Or as has been suggested already make one of your own in black/purple to be more Gothic!

What do you think of reversible patterns? For example a bride turning into a bouquet of flowers in the coulors that she likes. And add a little groom to that. I think it would be suitable for a wedding.
Or you can find a baner/logo of her favourite band and make a tapestry out of it.
Or their dogs in ghotic/ Halloween costumes.
If you have a lot of free time than I would crotchet dolls representing their whole little family

There are some lovely pattern from a certain craft market that are alt/punk/goth blankets. They’re stunning.
As an alt family I know that we would love to be gifted one.

Well skulls made me think of this one its a wall hanging decor one but it was also nice looking and a fun make.. sadly i played yarn chicken and lost and never tried to make again.. (sorry if my keep suggesting stuff is annoying i just love to share my favorite patterns)
