If they’re a baby as in lil newborn-6months I would recommend making a lovey which is a little ami head attached onto a square so u could make a bunny head attached to a granny square with the same colours! Also don’t forget to embroider the eyes instead of plastic ones!

I’m pretty sure they would still like to have a lovey tbh I’m 13 and if someone crocheted me a lovey I would show it off every day lol
