I made this bear a while ago and I completely free handed the whole thing. I also make a bag and little scarf for it. I sent it it a child near Christmas time for Operation Christmas Child, and I’m glad it went to a good home where it was cherished! I’m really proud of it and it was one of my biggest plushies I’ve made before.
aww what a cute plush this would make a good bed buddy
i used to scroll on pinterest for hours just looking for one thing then i would go down a rabbit hole and then another rabbit hole and for some reason i was scrolling through pictures of cakes. i got so inspired i had to make some
i just winged the pattern as there were no cake patterns that had the same intricate details i saw in the cake pictures they live on my desk as i keep admiring them((im so narcissistic)) im most proud of these
If I’m honest, I’m most proud of this octopus. I made it following (most of) a youtube tutorial to get used to some things, but I deviated for the pods because I didn’t like how the original ones looked. I’m so happy with him, and I think I’m going to use a modified version of the pattern to make my first pattern. I wanna make the bulb bigger and experiment with a few other things, so I do have plans in mind, just nothing solid on paper yet.
I’ve done things more recently that have been a big help in learning what I’m doing, but this was my first step and I love him so much. His little legs unroll and can curl in either direction.
I know there’s a million octopus patterns out there, but I’m supremely happy with mine.
I made the top the hippie girl wears in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood years ago, like when it came out. Love wearing it in the summertime. I had to unravel the star and rainbow portion like 3 times and start over, so it felt good once it was finished.
I made this rhino for a friend of my husband’s. It took 16 hours & had about 30 individual pieces to sew. Definitely the most difficult pattern I’ve ever attempted & I was pretty pleased with how it turned out.
I’m most proud of this little Luffy doll, because I mostly crochet with chenille yarn and I’m not so good with cotton. Plus, I’ve wanted to crochet a character doll for ages, but I’ve never done it until now.
It’s not perfect, but it’s mine.
That is an absolute body pillow almost! That’s impressive. Also a good way to scare intruders. Set that by the front door and set up a pressure button under the placemat to trigger a huge barking sequence from the rhino!
I’m most proud of my squid amigurumi! I’m just overall extremely happy with how he turned out (even though he has more tentacles than what was on the pattern)
I’m also so happy I had that colour yarn on me, cause it fit the squid so well
Im probably most proud of this bee
It was the very first thing i made and its what inspired me to keep crocheting
And now i can make my own patterns :))
I’m odd one out, my most proud make isn’t ami (since I don’t make ami hehe)
This was my first pair of socks. I altered the pattern to have a “princess sole” to help with my SFN, changed the heel construction, and I made the toes to fit my foot exactly instead of using a generic toe… I’ve made a couple more pairs and have continued to improve my skills, but I’m most proud of the first pair being so awesome (even though they have pink in them and I hate pink)
