Ok so I remembered I have safety eyes so I grabbed them but they have no backs to them so idk how to use them :<

Maybe use hot glue (or another type of glue idk) to secure the back of the safety eye?
You could tightly wrap yarn around it until it can’t pull out
That is called a flat back safety eye. You use hot glue to either glue it directly onto you crochet, or glue a strand of yarn to the back of the eye, then stitch around the area you want the eye to be. The most secure method would be just the glue, I think, unless it is a toy that will be washed in a washing machine.
