I broke my wrist at age 8 playing soccer. I broke my collarbone at age 9 going down the stairs. I broke my thumb at age 11 (?) doing a handstand. I got a concussion from my dadā€™s car door at age 11 or 12, and then a year later got another concussion trying to do a backflip. Iā€™ve also scraped my knees countless times when running and sprained my ankles a couple of times.

My brothers brought an air mattress into the living room to watch a movie when I was about six. I was running and I slid on the mattress and I broke my butt.

I went to a part with a slip n slide and it was just the water and plastic, no pool at the end, no sur board looking things. Got lottsa scrapes :rofl:

I almost hate to admit itā€¦ But okay here goesā€¦ Try not to laugh to hard. They are all for real.

  1. Got thrown while trying to ride my dadā€™s bull. (He said I couldnā€™t have a horse ). Landed in a bull needle plant and mama spent the next three hours picking the needles out my back and arm.
  2. I was going to make my son a TV dinner with Mac n cheese, chicken nuggets and a brownie. I took it out the freezer and noticed there was brownie in his Mac n cheese. If it stayed that way he wouldnt eat it. Since it was frozen solid, I picked up the filet knife and was trying to cut the brownie off the Mac n cheese, the knife slipped and I filleted my right hand. Stitches and a skin graft,
  3. This one is too embarrassingā€¦ But okayā€¦ I was at work at one of the local hospitals. I am a RN. I had taken a minute to run to the ladies room. I dropped the toilet paper and it had begun to roll under the stall door. I was stretching to reach it when I fell off the potty and broke my arm. Had to explain that to the ER nurse and Doc, my floor supervisor, and human resources department cause it became a workmanā€™s comp claim. I didnā€™t think I would ever hear the end of it.

  • When I was 4, I was in a shop and poked my finger into a fan lol. The moment I touched the blades I shook, I didnā€™t cry surprisingly. This also happened at age 9 but in my house :sweat_smile:
  • I was playing hide & seek tag with my dad in the park at age 6 - 8 (I forgot). I was running away from him in the game, I slipped in a small hole in the ground and I got a sprained ankle. IT HURT A TON! lol
