a cardigan!
i explained on this comment how i construct my cardigans, and that includes minimal sewing (and consequently, minimal yarn cutting). you could make it with any stitch, but i like mine with hdc!
you could also buy a yarn cutter pendant! they are soooo handy to have, you can wear it as a necklace and it doesn’t get lost lmao-- i’m also fairly sure you can bring it on a plane, as it has no stabby ends or sharp edges :)
