What a cool idea!! 
One I can think of that might be cool . . . I’m always the 1st 1 to get caught up on the materials choices so perhaps a “wheel of materials/mediums!” Yarn types natural fibers, man-made fibers, felt, beading, embroidery work, sewing, plastic canvas, stuffing, Wild card material 
what else might be fun?
