I wrote about this before, on Friday, when the gems were offered. I received an error code upon claiming. I wrote here, had no response, unless it’s hidden somewhere. On Friday, I reported that I’d received an error when trying to claim the gems, which said:
Error:
Not valid. Contact ribblr support (error: undefined)
So how do I contact ribblr support, since the last time nothing happened?
Is there an email address that I’m supposed to use instead of writing here? Whatever it is, I have no idea how to reach out beyond here. Please at least give me the proper email address to write to if writing here does nothing!
they resolved it after and gave an extra 12 hours so people who couldnt claim it had extra time to!
Thank you. Nice that they let people know in a timely fashion. Not. I received no notice or response to say that on Friday when it occurred, and I’m certainly not a mind reader. Anyway, I appreciate you saying this.

I had the same problem, and did not get the gems, but I did get the error message. I also sent a message 4 days ago. I’ve had no reply. I also had no idea anything was fixed and reset for another hour or two to get the gems. If someone in support could please reach out to me, that would be great. Thank you!
