All the characters in your poll are copyrighted and / or trademarked.
It would be best to get legal permission from the copyright/trademark owner first before trying to sell or even offer a free version of a pattern based on their property.
Otherwise they can take you to court for infringement. Doesn’t matter if it’s offered for free or for sale. Without their permission it is still illegal

Good idea. A lot of people think that they can do it with no consequences.
One lady offered a Mandalorian baby Yoda pattern for free not too long ago. Disney ordered her to take it down. She did, and she heavily modified it and released it for free again. Don’t know if what Disney thinks of the modified version or if they know she modified it yet.
