Aww thanks! I’ve been doing both for almost 10 years now… Just practice… Trust me, my first knit project was not exactly pretty… It was effective, but not my best…
I do both but I’m not very good at knitting. Crochet is easier for me personally.
I’m better at crochet but I like both. Knitting is slower but definitely worth the time.

Crochet I feel like I have a better handle on tension than with knitting.

I do both, but I find crochet to be tedious and it makes my wrists hurt. I make house and utility items and some blankets, rarely anything else in crochet. I am a voracious knitter though. I like that I can knit for hours while barely looking at it, and it’s more suited for apparel…and socks!
I also know but rarely do tatting, cross stitch, embroidery, and quilting. But I love sewing and making my own clothes, so most of my knitting goes to completing my own wardrobe.
I do both. Though I crochet more than knit. I prefer knitted garments and crochet blankets.
I have a knitted shawl on the needles at the moment and multiple crochet projects.
