why can't i access my shop on other devices??

i mainly use (and prefer to use) Ribblr on my macbook, but i use my phone when i’m not at home/don’t have access to my macbook.

i’ve noticed that when using ribblr on my phone, i can do everything (answer to DMs, apply for tester calls, wishlist patterns, etc) EXCEPT view my shop as the owner.

whenever i click on “my shop” it shows it as though i’m a visitor. it doesn’t let me upload a header/picture, edit my shop bio, gift my patterns to testers or see my drafts/patterns in testing, etc.

  • my macbook and my iphone ARE connected, and have been since early August 2024.
  • i use ribblr on the website, not the app
  • i CAN edit my profile, just not my shop
  • i’m logged in to this account on both devices

has this happened to anyone else?? how do i fix it??

I have the same problem! I manly use my iPad but if I use my MacBook I can’t edit my shop. If it click on the shop icon it just takes me to the ribblr shop instead of mine.

Same on my iPad. I also usually use a MacBook

after going on to community > my profile > my shop, it looks like this:

and this is how it looks on the “normal” ribblr page (not community):

and on “community”, the shop icon is here:

but clicking on it takes me to RIbblr Free Patterns
