why did I not know this

apparently it’s called chenille yarn because chenille means caterpillar in French and the yarn looks like a caterpillar!! was I literally the only one who didn’t know this :sob:

Yes they are I know that you should not touch the fluffy caterpillars even though they look sooo fluffy and soft (I think most caterpillars are poisonous)

Yes, I’ve had the wooly bugger bite me as a kid. I seem to recall the sting and itch lasted a LONG time.

I remember saving them from my pool and they would never sting me though! they were still alive too when I touched them and everyone told me I would be in pain but it never stung loll
