I just had another glitch but this one is on the PC version. I tried to follow the link on someones profile to their shop but instead I was taken to my own shop.

It seems to be just this one persons and I have no idea why

It means they either don’t have a shop or if you clicked on a link then they may have not shared the correct link

By link do you mean a link they shared or you clicked someone’s profile and clicked my shop from there?

I clicked on someones profile and hit my shop. They mentioned that they do have a shop with atleast one pattern on it so I’m really not sure why this happened

There was a specific user that I noticed this too and it has since been fixed (leighamakesthings was I think the username- memory is shot)
