What’s sus? They are breaking the law and are all at risk of getting caught and sued. Why risk losing everything?

Nintendo, disney, netflix, and other major production companies have shut down many etsy shops. Disney literally sends people to markets to look for people selling anything from their IP and will sue. Nova isn’t wrong. Netflix has shut down quite a few shops for kpop. Just because people are selling, doesn’t mean they’re not at risk unless they have permission to sell those items. Just means they’re taking that chance. But I have heard stories of people losing their entire shop due to one of the production companies coming down on them hard.

I will say nintendo is probably the less likely to care about this kind of stuff, esp since they’re so concerned with palworld at the moment. But the ones who do have license to sell pokemon plushes (like pokemon center) may be more likely to do something.
