Would that work?

Did u ever try to make pattern bigger by making everything X2? Like instead of 20 SC, make 40 SC? Would that work ?

Yeah, and it works with any number as well

I’ve never tried it, I’ve only sized up the hook and yarn.

It works, just make sure everything count wise is 2x bigger proportionally!

I.e. starting mr of 4 is 8

Yep! Also remember to double the rows as well as the stitch count if you want the proportions to stay the same though

There are a few ways to do it. You can use a bigger needle or hook. You can also check the gauge and add the necessary stitches. It depends what you are making and how much bigger you want to make it. I hope this helps.

Do a gauge swatch first before doing an entire project. Then you know for sure

i have tried doubling the count and TRUST me, its better to just use a bigger size of yarn
