I’ve always been one that found the yarn and then picked a pattern for it. Instead of the other way around. I think this has helped me from buying more yarn, just because I found an awesome pattern. How about you guys?

I’m definitely a ‘find yarn I like’ first and find the pattern later kinda girl lol. I have been fortunate in that I rarely ever need to rush to the store to get the one yarn I would need for a project. Downside? My house needs another 2 rooms to manage it all xD
I say this as my hubby just told me to go hog wild cause michael’s yarn went on a better sale and I’ve now found I love the petite purl/skinny chenille and need to add more colors to my stash…. As if I don’t have enough posh purl or anything 
Seriously need to organize my stash here soon cause it’s pure chaos right now (except my caron simply soft which is all in one drawer and so easy to maintain!!!)

I buy yarn, patterns, hooks, needles etc regardless. Very rarely do I buy a pattern and yarn together at the same time with a project in mind
