I LOVE the chunky yarn patterns, and how those end up looking, but I don’t have the space for that, so I use a thin chenille yarn! It ends up perfectly, it’s a mini version of the chunky Amigurumi, but still fluffy 
for me, it’s the best of both worlds!
Working with fluffy chunky yarn is so messy!! But people love the finished product and it works up quicker. The acrylic yarn isn’t really messy, and it’s easier to see your sts and what not. But making big plushies with it takes forever! So it’s definitely a preference.
