Yet another pattern question?

Alright, so I’ve been very unmotivated lately, and I finally wrote another pattern

A whale pattern, with a flower applique, peach, and strawberry add-ons.

I have the whale with the flowers, but I do not have the peach and strawberry add ons attached to a whale (The peach add on was added to a whale using another creators pattern, fifiscrochet)

So my question is, if I post a testing call, with the whale, would you suggest I should make more whales to attach the add-ons too, or just photos of the add ons?

Hmm, I think both is fine, when testing would you have add on’s only tested or with the whale? Will testers get to choose which one to test or do they test all?

I’m going to do a call for maybe 6 or so testers, 2 testers per add on, so you’ll only have to crochet the whale, and the add on of your choice

I definitely could, but I’m stumped market prepping, etc I have another pattern in the works, I’m on the verge of some severe burn out lol…I might consider asking testers for permission to use their photos in the pattern aswell, but I’m not sure yet…

I see, if you want you could just have the plain whale without add on’s and just take a photo of them with the add on on them without sewing/attached permanently so people could get the general idea, as for using testers photos you definitely could! I think having their permission along with themselves or you adding their watermark of their choosing (like watermark for Instagram or just Ribblr username) and a small thank you to the testers in the intro for allowing them to use their photos would be okay, hopefully your market goes well, make sure to take breaks so you don’t get a burn out!
