Yo bros!๐Ÿ˜Ž Should I add to the fruit dragon series?

Soโ€ฆ yeah. I had made a watermelon dragon a little while ago.

But it was really fun and I was thinking, how many other dragons could I possibly make? So I was wondering if you wanted to see more dragons.

  • Yes! Definitely :+1:
  • Maybe some other time.

Honestly I was debating on making the watermelon one look dragon fruit themed by swapping colors once I was done testing it as a watermelon.

Lol. Maybe you could help me figure it out. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I was going to do the body in white and use thinner thread to weave in some black spots and do the outside of the wings red. I was debating making the ears green or the tail but honestly it might look better as a bigger pattern with spikes that you could add green to the tips of it? Iโ€™m not quite sure how to pull that off.

When you make the dragon fruit you should use the picot stitch in green on the surface to get it to look like the skin and make the belly the white part

 1 if u still are looking for testers I would start with Bernard blanket w/ an 8mm hook ( cuz I love giant versions of things lol). & if I end up with enough time Iโ€™d do a second one using red heart favorite stripe & a 5 or 5.5 mm hook depending on the pattern. This would be my 1st time being a tester here. I have been crocheting
for over 25 years
