For this year I have made the goal to make my business a bit more established since I will be more independent this year. I am looking for some advice on how some of you do when selling (both online and in markets) like if you sell pdfs, how do you put those together the most effectively, or perhaps your best sellers during markets.
So here are some of my questions:
To those who sell online (Like through Etsy or IG) -
Do you sell your patterns and/or physical products? Are they custom order?
What’s the best way to do custom orders? Multiple options or contact with the customer?
If you sell your pattern, do you do it through a pdf? How do you put those together?
What are some of your best sellers? Patterns or physical? Rough price range?
To those who sell in-person (markets or stores) -
Is variety or quantity better?
What sells well? Amigurumi, clothing? More specifically, what kinds?
If you do custom orders, how do you manage/operate those?
