I’m looking to learn how to make some no sew 4 legged animals so I can make patterns like that and want to know if any one has one they would like to trade for one of my own or have some good ones I can get :) (I’m going to be picky if i trade though so keep that in mind Incase I don’t choose yours)

If you wanted to try a no sew one with thinner legs, you could try my little lamb pattern.

I know one way to make no-sew four legged animals that is used a lot is using a bobble stitch as the legs

You could use bobble stitches for tiny animals, create separate legs and not fo on the last and attach them, or use a technique similar to this frog pattern:
