6 Day Star Blanket

Hey guys!! I feel like I never post! I took inspiration from @LoafOfBread for this project! I finally finished my 6 day star blanket! I ended up doing it for 7 days total… for comparison… I am 5”3 and it goes from my feet to my neck! I’m including the colour swatches I also debated using to make this blanket and the blanket photo!

Tag someone you think should make the blanket!! or has made it! I wanna see you guys’s creations!!

this is soooo cool!! i have a few questions:

  • did you switch colours every round?
  • how did you weave in the ends, both at the end and when changing colours? (idk how to weave in ends for flat projects)
  • what yarn did u use and hook size?
    it looks amazing :))

i switched colours every time i completed a “day”
(days= one full round of row 2-7)

i left a HUGE rail and sewed them in as you would with any other project!

i used weight 4 yarns, big twist rave… i don’t remember the name but you can tell if you look at them, it’s purple bluey pink. it’s gorgeous. and i used a 5.5mm the WHOLE time. it says to switch them when it begins to curl but i didn’t lol
