Question:
I’m curious about something! When sharing your projects and works in progress (WIPs) here on Ribblr, what do you prefer to see?
Do you enjoy posts with multiple pictures showing different stages of a project, close-ups of the stitches, and progress updates? Or do you prefer videos that show the project coming together, the details, and a little behind-the-scenes look at the process?
I’m trying to figure out the best ways to share my own projects and make my posts more interesting and engaging for everyone!
All I do is use my Ribblr journal for the project. I do include photos of the project as it progresses. And notes.
These are all things I’m going to want to look at over time. The images as it progresses, and the notes so I can do things in the best way if I make the pattern again.
I dont make my journals private, so anyone should be able to look if they ever wanted to
I prefer pictures of the project only, so no person in the picture unless they’ve modeling an item of clothing and then I prefer the head to be cropped out of the image.
I have no interest in seeing people’s “reactions” to the unboxing (it’s usually just over acting and not realistic) just a show for the camera. Nor do I have any interest in the unboxing itself.
Show me the yarn, tell me factually about it (like what’s on the band), show me how it works up if it’s a variegated yarn and that’s it.
