So I was thinking, Ribblr does updates and upgrades without warning, so with ideas from 2 others. I am creating this post. I have copied their replies in the first two, the third will be my own thoughts.
I wish Ribblr would announce the update before they do it. That would eliminate most of the “is this a glitch?” support posts
Yeah, or they could do something like a pop up notification when you open the app/the community tab in this situation with the post about the update, or just shortly what was changed and the post linked there
I actually like the idea of a pop-upnotification when you open the app. That way people will know instantly that things have changed, and the link would be helpful. I also think a before post to let ppl know that there will be an update would be greatly appreciated. I did think there was a glitch this morning when I opened the app, so a warning post would be really nice.
