Any free frog patterns like this?

I’m wanting to make a poison dart frog pattern, and I was wondering if there were any free patterns like this frog I found on Pinterest.

I was wanting a free pattern for it, so I could make one for reference and see what they do to get the general shape and make one like it but my own pattern. Any help if great!

I’m looking for crochet, I already have a knit pattern. I might just use that to crochet it instead of knitting if I can’t find a crochet one :3

I wasnt planning on crocheting a frog today but now i need to make that frog in a sweater! Its adorable.

I would make the body, (like the link from @chunkyy ,) edit the legs so it isn’t bent and put wires in it so it’s posable before I sew it on. Or even follow the second video from @sunsetlover06 then put in some wires in the arms and legs since they’re straight (but you might see the wires in the legs cause they’re flat…)
