@Scarletskies has a lot of great free, and paid patterns! My favs are Oswald the otter, Pudge the dragon, and all the free ones (specifically Walter the Walrus, or the Goose with the toast on his head)

Omg I’m so jealous of all of the yarn you have loll. I honestly think if you were to search for some patterns that would be great. I also know a pattern on Etsy that I’ve made before that takes up a bunch of brown yarn and like other colors( white, pink, green, red, brown, tan, yellow, ect. ) It’s a great pattern it only takes yarn, sewing needles, some fluff, eyes, crochet hook and yarn ( obvi ) and cardboard/ some apart of support . I would love to see what you can make with it. Lots of love​:heart::heart::heart:
