Question about making keychains

I use a jump ring to connect my gummy bears (for example) to keychain lobster clasps. I have to open the jump ring super wide to get it under a couple stitches, then close it mostly and add the clasp, then close the jump ring all the way. [IMG_5876] [IMG_5877]
