Baby beanie hat pattern/and what type of yarn to use

Hey guys my grandma came up with a good idea for me to crochet. I want to make a lot of baby beanie hats any give them to the hospital for the baby’s. I want to make them blue for the boys and pink for the girls.

so my question is. What is a good baby beanie pattern I could use? What kind of yarn to use and what sizes? I already know what colors to use. Thanks guys love you :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

If you are planning to do this a lot, I highly recommend investing in a circular knitting machine because it can spin out beanies super fast! And I would definitely use cotton yarn
