Baby-proofing toys

It’s much safer to embroider on the eyes very securely

Not sure how it would look for this particular pattern, but I prefer to make snugglers for babies/ young children in which you don’t stuff the body.:woman_shrugging:

Sew everything two to four times!!! Believe me, this is crucial, as babies pull on everything, and over time, those limbs will start to come loose if you only sew them once.

I’m done after this comment. I just want you all to be aware. There are several NICU that will take donations of Octopi for babies. They are very particular about yarn brands to use or not use and even colors not to use. Check with your local NICU to donate.

I would say do the toilet paper test. If u dont know what that is its basically just where you try to put the amigurumi(that’s probably spelled wrong)in the toilet paper roll.

And… why would you do that? /gen

Ah, well it’s unlikely that a baby can eat a whole stuffed bunny

If there’s sewing, sew it really well and maybe even sew over it twice so the teacher spawn won’t rip the limbs off

What? Explain. Never heard of this!

So basically you place the toilet paper with the hole facing up and drop whatever you are making into it. If it is too small then it will fall right through , therefore a choking hazard if that makes any sense

I made this for my cousin! I didn’t do any baby proofing or tests I just embroidered the eyes instead of doing safety eyes lol!
