Hewo everyone!!!
I need you awesome ppl of ribblr’s help to decide on this and give me your personal suggestions.
So… last market season (my first) i got a cashbox (a nice one with a lock) to hold my change.
Keep in mind i dont have that much change (about $40 all together).
I rlly just got it bc i didnt want to lose it or have anyone trying to steal.
But i have seen ppl suggesting that you use a fanny pack/belt bag to carry your change since that makes it easier to get out.
I also have way more inventory then i did last year so i might not have space for a large cashbox.
I rlly need yalls help so tysm and happy crafting! -Yani
- Make a fanny pack/belt bag and use it!
- Just use the cashbox

I know @hamsters just posted a tester call for one! Idk if it’s still open, but that’s an option!

My friend and I got like a play cash register( that’s like for kids) and that actually worked great!

Me personally I use a cashbox only because when I do markets I typically do them with someone else and we share it keeping the money split between us, but I feel like the fanny pack would be a great idea so you can always have the cash on hand with you and everything. I would keep an eye on it though because sometimes money can like fall out of them. I have heard that before, but other than that I think it would be like a great idea to do that.

Where i live theft is pretty bad here … Just for keeping the money safe i suggest to have a fanny pack

It would also be more secure since its on your person and not just sitting around like the box would be. Even though I’m sure you would have it in a secure place, it would be a lot easier for someone to pick it up and take off with it than a fanny pack. Esp if you will have more inventory and therefore more $$..
I would also sugest several envelopes for the different bills. I feel it would be easier to keep track of the cash and easier to give change when necessary..
