Spider-Man is owned by Marvel Comics

Unless the designer(s) of those patterns have Marvels official & legal permission to use Spider-Man’s image for their patterns, the patterns are not legal ones and I wouldn’t buy them

Personally, I would do both… if I had to choose… I’d choose the first one!:ok_hand::+1:

Also, @tygger428 , I don’t want to be mean or make you sound wrong or anything, but I doubt @pomandtyler is planning on making money off it. I think it’s more self enjoyment. I totally understand what you’re getting at though! Sorry if you think I’m trying to be rude!:pray:

No, I don’t think that you are being rude. But copyrights and trademarks aren’t just enforced on people trying to sell things without legal permission. Even if whoever designed those patterns gave them away for free it would still be breaking the law if they didn’t get Marvel Comics permission first.

Copyright and trademark laws still apply and money has nothing to do with it.

You can make an item for your own personal use.

I like the second one

Yes, I know you haven’t done anything wrong. Whoever put the art up online, unless they got marvel comics permission first, has violated copyright and trademark laws

second one!
