so like, i wanna make a spiderman blanket sometime this year, but which one should i doā
I love them both so Iām not much help
Spider-Man is owned by Marvel Comics
Unless the designer(s) of those patterns have Marvels official & legal permission to use Spider-Manās image for their patterns, the patterns are not legal ones and I wouldnāt buy them
theyre just some random pixel art i found onlineā
Personally, I would do both⦠if I had to choose⦠Iād choose the first one!
Also, @tygger428 , I donāt want to be mean or make you sound wrong or anything, but I doubt @pomandtyler is planning on making money off it. I think itās more self enjoyment. I totally understand what youāre getting at though! Sorry if you think Iām trying to be rude!
No, I donāt think that you are being rude. But copyrights and trademarks arenāt just enforced on people trying to sell things without legal permission. Even if whoever designed those patterns gave them away for free it would still be breaking the law if they didnāt get Marvel Comics permission first.
Copyright and trademark laws still apply and money has nothing to do with it.
You can make an item for your own personal use.
I like the second one
Yes, I know you havenāt done anything wrong. Whoever put the art up online, unless they got marvel comics permission first, has violated copyright and trademark laws
second one!
