Blocking a knit scarf

Hi everyone!

I just finished my very first knitted scarf (yay!) but it came out a little wonky and I and I didn’t wanna redo it (for the 12th time :skull::skull:). How do I block it? I used the wool ease thick and quick yarn.

I’ve read that people just put it in the wash but I’m terrified that it will unravel :sob::sob:.

Thank you! I just decided to put in the wash on delicate setting and it came out ok
