All of my boards glitched and deleted

I had like 5 boards with 80 patterns in some of them, and now they’re gone :((

It is really weird. I was updating them and they were glitching so I edited the boards section and re-entered it and now they’re completely gone

Maybe log out and log back in and see if that helps?

I had

Food
Animals
Mushrooms
Birds
And I think a board called Food Animals

I’m pretty sure I had more but those are the ones I can think of immediately

They still aren’t showing up :((
I’ve started creating new boards and now I can’t edit them either. When I try, it says “Communication Error”

Sorry for the late response. We couldn’t find any of the old boards :frowning: and I see you’ve added a few new ones.
Hope you can assist us with the following:

  1. Which device are you using & is it on Ribblr’s app or browser
  2. Do you have another account you have used before?

I use the app on my iPhone 15 Pro and this is the only Ribblr account I’ve had.

I’m really not sure what happened with the boards, I just wanted to make it known that I had this issue and it was possible others were also having this issue.

It’s not the end of the world, it’s just more work that needs put into it.

An additional comment for my second reply, I’ve also tried editing the boards from the browser, and I had the same error.

It’s important for us to get any glitch corrected for the best experience.
Please note that board name is limited in length and only alphabetical text characters are allowed. We’ve fix that so it won’t glitch if someone’s using other form of names so it should be fine now.
